HOW DO I ORDER?
After deciding on what you would like to buy, simply click the "add to cart" button. Once you have done this, you'll be taken to our Paypal shopping cart. If you wish to continue shopping, press back on your web browser and upon deciding on what else you'd like to purchase, click the "add to cart" button again. Once at our Paypal shopping cart, it'll review the items in your cart, adding on the postage and packing and working out the final total. Click the "proceed to checkout" button and it'll take you to the payment area. Either enter your Paypal account details in or, if you don't have a Paypal account, simply type in your card details and shipping address. Paypal is secure and easy to use and will not pass any of your information on.

PAYMENT
All payment is made via Paypal. Even if you don't have a Paypal account, you can still pay with your credit card/debit card using Paypal.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
You will be sent an "order process" email from us either on the day you have ordered or when we are just about to ship your item to you. Please note that I have to manually add the "sold" sign to the item you have bought and that it will not disappear automatically following your placement.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING MY ORDER?
Every now and then, our email can find its way into the Spam section of your emails. Please be sure to check all inboxes within your email account.

UK SHIPPING POSTAL RATES
£1.00 - £9.99 = £2.70
£10.00 - £25.99 = £4.70
£26.99 - £69.99 = £6.70
£70.00 - £100.00 = £10.70

Each parcel you receive from CheekyChops is lovingly wrapped in tissue paper, tied with ribbon and sprinkled with tiny love hearts. The money you spend on postage and packing not only goes towards the actual postage, but also making sure you receive the prettiest parcel ever. All items are now sent by Recorded Delivery, which means you have to sign for your item when it is delivered to your door. By sending items like this, it not only protects against loss and damage, but also give you peace of mind.

SHIPPING TIME
Orders are shipped out 7-10 working days after payment has been received. All orders outside the UK take between 7-15 days. In the rare occasion that we are running slightly behind on posting, you will receive an email explaining so. Please note that I, Katie the owner of this site, work 3 jobs and its sometimes hard to keep on top of all the orders, so please be patient.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship international. If you live OUTSIDE OF THE UK then please click

You only need to do this once, as it will add the international shipping fee to your chart. After that, you can continue shopping around the site until you are ready to check out. If you live outside the UK and do not click the international shipping fee icon, we will cancel your order. You MUST choose the International Shipping option.

MERCHANDISE INFORMATION
We only stock items and clothing of the highest quality. Remember that vintage clothing has been worn before and sometimes will show signs of wear. Because it is vintage and most of the items are one of a kind, there is only one item of each, unless stated otherwise.
We sterilize all our jewellery.

MEASUREMENTS
Although a lot of the clothing is marked with a size, vintage clothing sizes are slightly different to modern day sizes. Because of this, we measure all items. All items are measured while laid flat. We do this by measuring the length, the bust (measured from underneath the armpit, and then doubled), the waist (measured across, and then doubled). Sleeves from the shoulder to the end of the sleeve.

OUR RETURN POLICY
Unless we have misrepresented the product (though we are 100% with all our facts and measurements before we feature them online), we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Unless the item is faulty, you may be entitled to a refund. If this is the case, you have 7 days (after you have received your order) to post back your item with an email to us detailing exactly what the problem is. Please note we cannot refund you for your postage.

WHO BUYS THE CLOTHES? / DO YOU MAKE THEM? / WHERE DO YOU FIND THEM?
There is a whole host of people buying the clothes. We look everywhere for them, and had been buying for a year, building up a large collection of stock, waiting for the website to launch. None of the clothes are hand made. We find the clothes in all sorts of places. Car boot sales, charity shops, old women's wardrobes... sometimes in the most strangest of places!
